To prepare for your session:

Please prepare your space to be quiet and free of distraction & noise

Please wear comfortable clothes and have a blanket and pillow nearby

Please refrain from drinking alcohol or drugs at least 12 hours before the session

Please bring paper & pen

Please drink lots of water after our session

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund 72 hours before your session

No refunds if cancelled within 24 hours of your session

No refund after your session

No refunds for no shows

Please Note all appointments are listed on Pacific Coast timezone. Please calculate time difference if you are in a different timezone

Sliding Scale:

Sliding scale is available for all sessions for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Brown, and People. of Culture is non-white presenting or passing), disabled, LGBTQIA+, trans, non-binary, victims of violence, and refugees who are in need of Breathwork or Reiki,

Private Session Sliding Scale: $40-$125

Group Events: $10-$25
